        Larkin Connolly, Chapter Chairman

        As Chapter Chair and President of SCORE Philadelphia, Larkin serves on the Leadership Committee and leads the Advisory Board. He also provides business counseling, teaches workshops, facilitates round tables and speaks publicly for the organization. Larkin oversees the day to day activities of SCORE Philadelphia.

        Larkin has managed major blocks of retail assets as well as subsidiary operations for Gulf Oil, Chevron and The Coastal Corporation. As a partner at The Bracken Group, Larkin was a Business consultant specializing in business plans, acquiring first and second-tier financing and mergers and acquisitions. Larkin was a national account manager for Schlumberger Technologies, and has owned and operated three small businesses in food manufacturing and retail sales.

        Larkin brings to SCORE his experience in General Management, Marketing, Sales and Business Plans and Strategies in a variety of industries including retail, food production, automotive, Manufacturer Representative, Mergers & Acquisitions, General Merchandise Stores and Wholesale Operations.


        Tim Daniel, Vice Chair - Legislative Affairs

        Tim serves as a business counselor for SCORE Philadelphia and as the Vice Chair of Legislative Affairs for Small Business Interests.

        Tim brings over 25 years of technical, sales, marketing and general management experience to SCORE.  He has extensive experience working in high growth environments for technology and professional service products.  His career includes six years living and working in Asia, along with another decade of international business experience.   His career has taken him through a number of roles, such as product development, IT projects and professional services marketing.  His start up experience includes a wholesale decorating supply company and a business within a business focused on Internet services.  He works with entrepreneurs in the early stages of business formation as well as existing business interested in accelerating their growth.

        Lewis (Lee) Johnston, Chapter Treasurer

        Lewis (Lee) Johnston serves the chapter as Chapter Treasurer and a business counselor.

        Lee was responsible as Vice President and Chief Auditor for delivering audit services, including environmental, health and safety, worldwide for Rohm and Haas Company, a $9 billion specialty materials company with more than 100 manufacturing and research facilities in 27 countries prior to its acquisition by the Dow Chemical Company on April 1, 2009.  He was additionally responsible for the internal control function which leads the company’s compliance activities for section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley law.  During his career at Rohm and Haas, Lee served as Corporate Controller, Financial Director for Manufacturing, CFO for Latin America, Financial Director for Rohm and Haas Italy and Financial Manager for the Industrial Chemicals Business Group.  He is chair of the Board of Directors of the Wilma Theater and is a SCORE volunteer. 

        Lee is a graduate of Duke University with distinction in history and a minor in economics.  He earned an M.B.A. with honors from Temple University.  He and his family reside in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania.

        Mary E. Livingston, Vice Chair - Education

        Mary brings her 25 years experience as a trainer and human resources professional to SCORE. She serves our chapter as the Vice Chair of Education, a business counselor and a workshop and seminar instructor.

        Mary is the principal owner and lead seminar director of a Philadelphia-based consulting and management training company. She specializes in human resources planning development as well as strategic organizational effectiveness. Her background includes serving as the director of human resources for a major regional newspaper group and a program director of a leadership program held at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

        Mary matriculated at Penn State University and Mercer University—majored in business administration. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, and certified trainer with Employment Learning Innovation, Inc. and Roosevelt Thomas Consulting and Training, Inc.

        Wayne Rosenberger - Vice Chair - Marketing

        Wayne Rosenberger was a senior executive for more than twenty years for Harte-Hanks, one the leading direct marketing advertising agencies in the United States.  Wayne specialized in the health insurance market, and was a noted speaker at many industry conferences and is considered in expert in designing and implementing multi-media customer acquisition and retention programs for his clients.  The client base that Harte-Hanks served during Wayne's tenure included many Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, as well as other national and regional health insurance companies.
         
        Prior to joining Harte-Hanks, Wayne worked for two of the pioneering insurance companies in the Philadelphia region that created the direct-to-consumer marketing methodologies that are still in use today.  In addition, Wayne worked for two companies in the Property and Casualty industry.
         
        Wayne is married and resides in center city Philadelphia.


        Patricia Brown, Executive Assistant

        Patricia Brown serves as Administrative Assistant for SCORE. She brings to the team administrative and accountability skills. Her name precedes her for she is known for her assertive administration skills. Building a team and providing customer satisfaction is her motto.

        After more than 35 years, she is retired from a successful career in the Banking industry. Her expertise for new business development has been acknowledged throughout the years.
         
        She is an active board member for the Philadelphia Health District #3, the Windows of Hope International Children Ministry and Serenity, a resource center for abused women.
         
         

        Gary Rosner, Vice Chair - Technology

        Gary Rosner serves as Vice President for Technology for SCORE Philadelphia. Gary has first hand knowledge of starting and growing new business ventures. He was the founder of several companies, including an Internet Email Marketing provider serving customers in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, distribution, communications, government and other industries. His current business is Fresh Digital Presence, a social network site for connecting marketers with technical resources. 

        Gary is a SCORE Certified Mentor and SCORE Workshop Leader where he shares his knowledge of Internet Marketing, website development, social media marketing, email marketing and other experiences he has garnered throughout his career.

        Gary's experience includes working in IT (information technology) for several Fortune 100 companies and as a consultant devising and implementing strategic and technical projects for more than 100 clients of varying business sizes, industries and functional areas.

        Gary holds a  M.B.A from Temple University - Fox School of Business, where his focused studies included Computer Information Sciences and Marketing.
